1. General

Welcome to Forever Invite. Using our service constitutes agreement to these terms. Forever Invite provides a premium digital invitation creation service.

2. The Service

The service includes creating digital invitations to order. The customer selects a template, fills in details, and pays. Our team prepares the invitation and sends the link within up to 48 hours (or up to 6 hours with express).

3. Payments

All payments are one-time in Israeli Shekels (₪). Payment is collected at time of order.

4. Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided work on the invitation has not yet started. After work begins, partial refund at discretion.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery: up to 48 hours. Express delivery: up to 6 hours (additional fee). Times refer to business days only.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, and code are intellectual property of Forever Invite. The customer receives a usage license for the ordered invitation only.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to deliver high-quality, professional service.
